However, we could not have been anymore pleased! Walker was our design and sales guy. I told him what I wanted and he was able to generate a design which fully captured my vision. Sam was our project manager. He was great and easy to work with. Were there some hiccups along the way? Yes. But, I think planning for a project this size to go 100% smoothly is unrealistic. BUT, it is how a company handles the hiccups which really shows what kind of company you’re dealing with. I never felt stupid, unheard, dismissed, etc., when questioning anything regarding billing, design, errors, etc. Sam was very easy to approach and always calmed me down and found a solution.
