Step 2: Building your Dream

At Avree Custom Pools we believe the pool construction process should be efficient, collaborative, and completely centered around you. When it comes to your swimming pool, you have a vision, and it is our job to make that vision come to life.

Layout

The project manager will use stakes, string, and paint, to mark the perimeter of your swimming pool.

Excavation

The excavation crew will install forms, remove the access fence, and remove the necessary dirt.

Steel & Short Plumbing

Steel Rebar forms will be installed along with the short pieces of pipe that will penetrate tough the gunite shell.

Gunite Installation

The gunite crew will spray the pool with gunite. **Gunite is a reinforced concrete mixture that will make up the shell of the pool.

Tile and Coping

During this phase, all previously selected waterline tile and coping materials will be installed. This includes any split-face, pavers, and glass/ceramic tiles.

Deck Installation

All deck forms will be installed and inspected, and the concrete or other decking material will be installed. Finally, any deck finishes such as pavers, natural stone, stamped concrete, or cool decking will be applied.

Interior Finish Installation

The final phase of the construction process is the installation of the interior finish. Interior finishes include Avree Custom Pools mini pebble, mosaic tile, pool accessories, lights, returns, and drains.
